We are seeking an independently driven principal consultant to join our Oracle NetSuite team.  The principal consultant will work in collaboration with the Delivery team and Sales team to provide expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mind set to facilitate clients’ most complex requirements. Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

• Act as a technology expert and drive presale initiatives from the solutions point of view and prepare necessary documentation to draft SOW.
• Work in collaboration with sales team to prepare and deliver components of SOW for various client engagements and handshake necessary information to delivery team.
• Translate complex business requirements and processes into NetSuite technical designs, both remotely and in-person, as requested by clients, including video or onsite interactions.
• Oversee all project phases, including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment. Serve as the highest level of escalation for functional issues within delivery teams.
• Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements to inform system design and execution.
• Develop wireframes and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and over all business process discovery.
• Work closely with the in-house development team to implement custom solutions, documenting these in clear and comprehensive Technical Design Documents.
• Act proactively as a trusted client advocate, providing implementation and industry-specific best practices throughout engagements.

Qualifications:‍

• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in Oracle NetSuite Financials, CRM and other applications.
• Undergraduate degree or MBA infield of Business, Finance, Accounting, Software or relevant field
• Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services, general -specific industry experience
• Worked as a Solution Architect across varying project sizes and complexity; from small through enterprise level implementations of NetSuite applications.
• Individual has 10+ end-to-end NetSuite implementations and has hands-on Technical/Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation experience.
• NetSuite certifications highly preferred –NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation

Job Description

As a Technology Lead - DevOps at DIMCON, you will play acritical role in leading our DevOps initiatives. You will drive the implementation of automation tools and processes, ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the DevOps strategy to streamline the software development lifecycle.
• Design and implement automation solutions for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
• Set up and maintain monitoring and logging systems to ensure the health and performance of applications.
• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, tools, and configurations.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on DevOps practices and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployment, system performance, and infrastructure.
• Experience in the consulting industry.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of real-time experience in DevOps, including experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in DevOps tools and technologies(e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible). Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
• In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar certifications are a plus.

As a Senior Business Analyst at Dimension Consulting Inc. you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions that enhance business efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
• Documentation: Create detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Testing & Validation: Coordinate and conduct testing to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
• Training & Support: Develop training materials and provide training to end-users on new systems and processes.

Qualifications:
