Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct lead research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, web, and CRM tools.
  • Make outbound sales calls and send personalized email outreach to prospects.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, and discovery sessions with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns.
  • Maintain lead data and follow-up activity within CRM systems.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve outreach strategy and sales efficiency.
  • Support the sales leadership team in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and client communication.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fresh graduate (or senior year student) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable speaking with clients.
  • Confident making outreach phone calls and sending professional follow-up emails.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or email automation platforms is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and self-driven work ethic.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

  • Compensation:
    • First 3 months (internship period): $1,000 total stipend.
    • After 3 months (upon successful conversion to full-time): $36,000 per year.
