Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and email.
Create engaging content such as blogs, newsletters, case studies, social posts, and videos.
Design marketing visuals and short videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or AI platforms.
Manage Dimcon’s online presence — track engagement, schedule posts, and monitor performance metrics.
Support podcasts, webinars, and live sessions; assist with event coordination and logistics.
Collaborate with the leadership team to brainstorm and launch creative campaigns.
Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness using analytics dashboards.
Qualifications & Skills
Fresh graduate (or senior year student) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
Basic understanding of AI tools, SEO, or social analytics is a plus.
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:
First 3 months (internship period):
$1,000 total stipend.
After 3 months (upon successful conversion to full-time):
$36,000 per year salary.
Future growth:
Salary may increase based on
